FAQ

What are points, and how do they convert to money?+
1 point = NT$1. The budget you see when ordering is the number of points. For example, a 500-point order = NT$500. Bigger packs come with bigger bonuses (up to +2,000 points).
What payment methods are available?+
Credit card online (points activate instantly) or bank transfer via ATM (activated within 1 business day after we receive it). No Taiwan credit card? Log in with Google, then buy points by ATM transfer instead.
Do I need my own TikTok account?+
Yes. You need a TikTok video to promote (paste its Spark Code). If you have no content at all, we can also produce it for you; contact us separately.
Which industries can't advertise?+
Categories TikTok prohibits: tobacco and alcohol, weapons, gambling, adult content, counterfeits, unlicensed financial investment, political ads and more. See the full list on the order page.
How long are points valid?+
Every points pack is valid for 30 days after purchase (the same on Free, Growth and Pro). Monthly subscription bonuses and level-up bonuses are also valid for 30 days.
How do levels work, and what do I get?+
Your level is based on the total amount you have spent on successful campaigns. From Lv.2, each level-up sends a one-time points bonus (200 / 500 / 1,500 / 5,000 points), credited automatically, no application needed.
What's the difference between a subscription and points?+
Points are your ad budget (1 point = NT$1). A subscription adds monthly bonus points plus extra services: no daily cap and ad optimization advice.
How soon will I see results?+
After you submit, we review within 1 business day, then send it to TikTok for approval; once approved it can go live in as little as 24 hours. From then on, impressions update daily. It stops when the budget is spent or the end date arrives.
